About Keystone High School

Meet some of the key members of Keystone's experienced, friendly, and accessible staff. Our entire staff is committed to helping you achieve your educational goals.


Gary Myers

Gary Myers

Provost

Gary Myers comes to Keystone with more than 20 years of experience in education, specializing in independent learning and project based work. Gary earned his Bachelor of Science in Science Education from Oregon State University and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from Arizona State University. Gary is currently a board member of Adventures Without Limits, a non-profit dedicated to providing inclusive adventure and recreational experiences for individuals of all abilities. He has a wife and three children, age 7, 10 and 16 and is active in his community. Gary also likes to camp, hike and garden.

Gary is excited to work at Keystone and has the unique opportunity to expand and improve relevant and rigorous academic programs that are flexible enough to meet the needs of students and families across the United States and around the world.


Kelly Millar

Kelly Millar

Senior Manager of School Programs

Kelly graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a BS in Microbiology. She attended Bloomsburg University where she received a MS in Instructional Technology. She manages the Keystone eSchool. She enjoys reading, walking, gardening, and spending time with her husband and son. If she were to give advice to any high school student, it would be to get a good, solid education. "If you lost everything that you have, you would be left with the knowledge that you have gained. And that is something that no one can ever take away."


Jeremy Trotter

Jeremy Trotter

Guidance Counselor

Jeremy joined The Keystone School in 2009 as a Guidance Counselor. Jeremy is certified as a school counselor in the state of Oregon and has a Masters degree in School Counseling from Oregon State University. Jeremy has worked in high school guidance for over 14 years, and spent the first eight years of his career in the Beaverton School District in Oregon. Prior to joining The Keystone School, Jeremy recently returned to the United States from working in international schools in the Philippines and Qatar. Jeremy is also a member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling and the American School Counseling Association.

Jeremy is excited about joining the Keystone family and working with our diverse students and families. Jeremy will to serve a vital role in maximizing student success, and through leadership, advocacy and collaboration, his aim is to support an environment at Keystone where all students will experience success. Over the years, Jeremy has helped students become accepted to many of the top universities in the United States.


Jennifer Unger

Jennifer Unger

Senior Manager of Operations

Jennifer attended Penn State University, majoring in International Business. In her years with Keystone, Jennifer has held various positions and currently manages Keystone Operations including Student Services, Data Processing and Logistics. In this role, she leads her teams to strive for the highest level of service to ensure satisfaction for all students, families and school officials. In her spare time, Jennifer reads mysteries, works on crossword puzzles, and has fun with her family. She has seen the flexibility and opportunities provided by Keystone’s programs, and says that “Quality education is the basis for a successful future; Keystone is a high-quality program."


Debbie Young

Debbie Young

Student Services Supervisor

Debbie is available to help answer any questions regarding enrollment. She works closely with students and parents to be sure the appropriate curriculum plan is in place. Debbie is married and has a 16 year old son. She loves animals and enjoys the outdoors. She also spends a lot of time riding her horses. Debbie looks forward to helping each and every parent make sure their student is on the right educational path to achieve his or her goals.

Bill Belcher

Logistics Supervisor

Bill Belcher is the Warehouse and Mailroom Supervisor for Keystone. He came to Keystone after working in operations management for both Boston State College and Hallmark Cards. He supervises the processing, packaging, and shipping of all student orders that flow into Keystone on a daily basis. Bill and his team also process and distribute the mail and student work that comes into Keystone from all over the world. Another part of Bill’s job is to ensure that the proper level of student textbooks and materials are always available. He and his team are responsible for all of the textbook purchasing, and they monitor their inventory on a daily basis to make sure that the right mix of books and materials are on hand to fulfill orders. Bill and his team take a great deal of pride in their role at Keystone; quality work and timely delivery to all of Keystone’s students is always their number one goal.
